      Amazingly looked after, brilliant culture and just an all round fantastic company. I can highly recommend Braze as the best employer I've had to date.

      Vibes became adversarial following shift in market conditions. Uptick in frequency and severity of IRTs due to constant pressure to ship. Everybody looking after their own backs.
