      Braze has grown tremendously in the last few years and has strengthened its culture along the way. My colleagues are intelligent, kind, and driven to succeed, it's a fantastic environment and an exciting company.

      Braze's market is very competitive, there are a lot of competitors to deal with.

      Pros

      - Company culture is friendly and supportive (especially the SF office, which feels almost familial — yoga, Christmas movies, Diwali parties, and so many ongoing activities that drive cohesion) - Company trajectory — business is an outlier in terms of health and margins. Over $100mil in ARR and continued exponential revenue growth. - Awesome customers, some of the best logos on the globe - Growing!! High ceiling for personal development, and a lot of investment to repurposing and tapping into existing talent

      Cons

      Standard growing pains — would also be nice to get some product/engineering presence out of the San Francisco office, as it's mostly Go To Market teams.
