      High turnover in recent years. Limited career progression mid-tier executives. Focuses on employment of upper management or expats instead of promotion of local staffs.

      Benifets Friendly workers not management Small facility Clean

      Went to interview it was great everything sounded good left my old company in hope of better opportunities Started the job and I was put somewhere that wasn’t talked about during interview the position is plant operator don’t let them fool you it’s a dirty labor job on your feet the whole 12 hours upper management knows little about what’s going on but demands for more to be done SAFTY IS PRETTY MUCH UNSEEN OUT HERE the raise after a year is no more then 40 cents
