      Very knowledgeable group of people who know the industry and, if you have a willing manager, will help you along because there is a lot to know.

      Cons

      I didn’t have a manager who cared to spend any time with me and I do mean any time. I have been i. Sales a while but this is a different industry compared to any I have ever been part of and training needs to not just be better but simply needs to exists.
