Business Outlook
Pros
Big corporate company which has steady customers that somewhat secures th longitude of it's existence.
Cons
In Greater Toronto Area, unfortunately, operations runs by a bunch of clowns. Work hard, but poductivity is very low due to personnel are focusing on his or her own scope of work with a very low intention of working as a team. Worst yet, Director is so blatantly corrupt by giving the contractors business that excessively over price and granting number of $$ without reserved. Human Resources is the weakest link. The top person is just being there to milking the gravy and wait for retirement. CEO is too young and inexperience. People in and out the company like a rolling door!
