      Is a major multinational and if you work inside, it's hard to leave.

      Cons

      incompetent managers with major communication problems. Old style, full of cronyism to very mediocre employees. Dictatorial style command in the background with false appearance of empathy

      Great people, good benefits, lots of flexibility, bonus structure is well structured and incentivized. Turnover issues result in lots of opportunity for advancement.
