Brenntag is a no - they are not valuing employees and there is a lot of struggling underneath corporate facade

Not flexible, not accomidating, un-organized , un-resourceful, testosteron-managed.Leaves nothing in writing. Very disappointing experience.

Enjoyed the work, hated the management.

Decent pay and benefits. Enjoyed growing the business and territory. Very interesting and educational work when it comes to learning from customers. Great locations for yearly sales meetings.

Cons

Zero training. Not a single person within the company could explain the bonus structure. Total ripoff!! Unless you work in or around the central offices, you are treated like a step child. This company condones sexual harassment and retaliation against employees.

5 day work week, 2 weeks vacation to start after a year and company is stable and diverse based on what products we sell.

Cons

Frustrating, disorganized and unsupportive of employees, training is non-existent. Work hours are never normal and having a life outside of the job is difficult.
