Inability to react at a regular speed, cannot react quickly. Staff are complacent and have been there for too long, leads to a mentality where mediocrity is not only accepted but encouraged. Product managers only want easy sales and will not support frontline staff for routine requests. Nobody is held accountable leading to a very low level of professionalism. Brenntag is so big, they feel they can do whatever they want because as they say, nobody is as big or can do it better. This company claims to be a leader and a supplier that provides a lot of added value. In reality, its the exact opposite. A huge company, rests on its laurels and rewards lower than average, but very political staff. If you are looking for a very easy position and dont mind being surrounded by sales reps who are untrained and unqualified, this is the place for you.
