      New branding, refreshed culture

      Pros

      High hopes that the new branding and refreshed cultural values will help provide direction and engagement for the many great employees. Lots of tenure and genuine people who are too committed to leave, but should. Decent flexibility for salaried positions.

      Cons

      Long hours, understaffing, less than average pay, mediocre benefits. Do better!

      Too many consultants playing with the company

      - Healthy working hours - Over the average salary - Very remote friendly - not fully remote but almost

      Cons

      - the company, within engineering at least, is full of external consultants from EPAM that slow down, complicate and do not allow true Agile working - teams always have at least one or more consultants, which means misaligned incentives - there consultants also produce very little
