      Pros

      Great exposure ! There's not a dull day, every day and week will have new initiatives to run and issues to solve. Priorities are always on meeting financial KPI.

      Cons

      Inconsiderate and non supportive management who works their staff to the bone without appreciating their achievements. Staff are not compensated for additional responsibilities taken during org restructuring. High turnover rate. Low staff morale.

      You get to meet lots of people.

      Cons

      Very high staff turnover in the last few years. Lots of staff sickness caused by stress. Low grade unprofessional managers. Poor place to work but money is good.
