      Bunge gives many opportunities to employes to develop their skills and to participate on projects with people from all over the world. The enviroment is amazing and people are very open to new ideas and to teach you what they do. A lot of benefits are offered to the employes.

      Cons

      If you want to grow fast, this is not the place for you to work. Things take time, but if you are patient, dedicated and work hard, you will be able to build a successful career.
