      Good benefits, flexible working hours

      Cons

      Horrible management and internal promotion system. Expect to stay for more than 4-5 years before getting a promotion (and a raise), especially if you are in a big team. There is also a quota for who can get a good performance rating for each review cycle, so if you're not the cream of the crop, be prepared to be rated badly.
