Cons

Due to current pandemic, we hardly run outdoor team building activities. The company suggested us to do virtual team building instead with offered budget.

It is a pretty fast-paced environment, while that can also sporadically be a con as it is a pro. The work here is challenging and inspires you to learn more. Overall decent engineering culture.

Cons

Work-life balance can be and should be improved. And in terms of diversity, there really isn't any.
