Within the Sourcing BA team, the management style is highly micro‑managing and demanding. The leader often demeans teammates by saying things like “no common sense” , which creates a toxic environment. There is little willingness to listen to others’ opinions. In addition, the team with no career path or development opportunities, making it difficult for employees to grow professionally. Overall, the environment is unsupportive, lacking both respect and progression.

-The most heartless, pointless and shortsighted management I have ever seen, all good colleagues are either laid off or left due to disappointment, only jokers who know nothing other than playing politics remain -Company is superficial, claiming to value employees while it doesn’t, our opinions are ignored until problems arise -Irrelevant in the industry: outdated systems, lack of transparency at all, money spent on stupid things while crucial investments are not made -Poor products (fitting, fabric etc are all wrong, creating rubbish that can’t be handled by this world)
