Pros

Big corporation allot of resources, and work with a top company in FM industry using best practices in the industry.

Cons

Hard for resource to be allocated to your training and development, growth and skills gained are account specific( dictated by scope on site), hard to get any kind of recognition and so you will be constantly undervalued.

Pros

Beautiful office, responsive and supportive HR team, decent benefits

Cons

While the role had strong potential and offered exposure to a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the overall experience was impacted by inconsistent leadership, limited communication, and a lack of clear processes. Expectations frequently shifted without clear direction, making it difficult to prioritize effectively and deliver with confidence. There was also minimal structure in place to support onboarding, training, or ongoing development, which contributed to a sense of being under-supported in the role. Cross-functional collaboration could be challenging at times due to misalignment and a lack of streamlined communication channels. While there were opportunities to take on responsibility, greater consistency in leadership, clearer expectations, and more defined processes would significantly improve both employee experience and overall performance.

Pros

1) Competitive Benefits: Medical coverage and outpatient limits are in line with market standards for large firms. 2) Flexibility: Good support for work-life balance, including work-from-home options and flexible timing. 3) Office Culture: Professional environment with regular engagement events and training opportunities.

Cons

1) Accountability Gaps: Performance standards are not always applied consistently across seniority levels. Errors at certain levels often require others to intervene and rectify, without a clear focus on long-term solutions. 2) Variable Hiring Standards: Compensation and recruitment criteria seem to vary by department. This leads to a lack of uniformity in team expertise and internal pay equity.
