Pay is high Promise of opportunity is given Technology been worked on is pretty amazing Potential to be a part of something cool exists

Management has no idea what is going on and it shows Employees talk about other employees behind their back‘s Management clearly does not have a hold of their employees Management does a lot of hype but fails to deliver Management is extremely impatient No on-boarding or orientation at all for the job Employees are expected to understand the technology walking in the door but that is not possible as this is proprietary software
