      -Stable company that does not appear to have a history of lay-offs -A lot of work in the pipeline, so teams are growing -Decent salary for being outside of LA -Great HR and employee support systems -Mostly a 9-5 work balance -More holidays and sick days than competitors

      -Behind the curve as a tech company -Disorganized departments that have difficulty communicating -Lack of opportunity for career progression
