Pros

CCC's culture has changed dramatically for the better a number of years back. The management team works together, silos were broken down and everyone is pulling in the same direction. They are making significant progress, firing on all cylinders and having great successes to the benefit of all team members. It is a great place to work, no matter what stage in your career and I loved every moment of the time I was there - just outgrew my role, and was ready for the next challenge.

I generally liked the company. Everyone seemed kind and professional. My manager was easy going yet very astute and skilled. I would recommend this place to my friends.
