Great people and projects, especially if you don't have to deal with the politics that is in every company.

Cons

I wish they would promote folks who work outside the Chicago office. Why do we always have to hear the same lame excuse - "Move to Chicago and we'll have new opportunities for you."?

Sales Management gives their area reps a lot of independence and autonomy to hit their numbers. They are supportive and helpful when needed. If you hit your numbers they reward you.

Cons

Some of the sales targets are difficult to hit based on your territory. Not every territory is created equal, but yet they require the same numbers from everyone

Paid for training and my certification I was mostly able to maintain a decent work / life balance They had a good review process and focus on me and what I wanted to do

Cons

Was beginning to outsource more and with little value for subject matter experts I reported to a manager from a different discipline who didn't always understand what my job entailed
