      The job it self is great. Upper management needs work

      The benefits and vacation are great. Paid holidays. The job is interesting

      Cons

      Upper management is horrible. They have no idea what they are doing. They do not look at what you do. They look at if they like you or not. You cannot go to HR for anything as they will go to upper management. Nothing is confidential.

      huge morale issue direction change constant and hard to make traction management team is not capable of helping to solve execution problems
