*Management was a disaster; I was with the company for a long time and gave many good years of service; when my leaving was announced not ONE member of the senior management team so much as sent me an email or note wishing me well. Including the person who had an office where i worked. The person walked by my desk everyday!?! it was very disappointing but quite revealing. Reminds me that certain people in upper management have absolutely no business managing people and should stick to their accounting expertise. *HR needs to take their employees’ concerns to heart when they express concerns during exit interviews about management. *investors became more important than customers and product quality. *Stop nickel and diming loyal customers and trying to save pennies when you should be adding more value To their user experience and productivity.
