Great place to work, but I do think there is some favoritism

Opportunity, very knowledgeable people, travel, work from home, get to meet some great shop owners

Cons

Lack of support during Covid, may be better now that travel is back open Always changing or adding new software for documentation causing duplicate work Ironically training lacked process familiarization. Reports were required for certain things I was never made aware of until someone noticed they were missing.

Great work life balance and tons of social gatherings to meet people. Lovely offices and flexible vaction time!

Cons

Too many silos which causes collaboration to be not as frequent. Bonuses are ok, but could be better.
