      Smart leadership team and growing company. Lots of room for growth. Flex schedule and work from home opportunities along with generous PTO

      Many employees have been with the company a long time and are skeptical of young employees with big ideas. The mix of new and old thinking is more apparent as of late

      Decent bonus structure, decent benefits. Recent evidence of attempts to keep up with cutting edge technology and innovation.

      Cons

      High proportion of engineers are offshore and deter from Agile practices. Also, there's not too to the company culture.

      Pros

      Very generous with pay and yearly bonus. Some interesting projects and somewhat flexible on the work schedule as far as working remote.

      Cons

      Priorities are constantly shifting making is difficult to plan and organize. Upper management seems mainly product focused on not so much on the team members. Doesn't seem to be any kind of career path and very little good feedback from managers.
