Business Outlook
Pros
I really have enjoyed my time at CCC. Up until recently most of the people have been wonderful to work with. The company has great benefits and this position allows for a lot of flexibility. The managers for this role are wonderful and the team you work on is great as well. I always felt valued.
Cons
People are stretched too thin--and after years of that I think that it's hard to stay motivated. As a result there's a lot of "Well this isn't my job--it's your job" going on and the internal politics are frustrating. It's a little bit of a boys club at times, especially in sales. They have yet to clearly define responsibilities for certain roles.
