Good place to start your career. Good exposure to companies and their sustainability strategies.

Cons

Progression is very slow. You have to wait for your manager up to go, some people get stuck in the role and can’t find anything else to do. CDP doesn’t offer much in terms of training or professional development. Worth finding an in house role after a few years.
