Pros

Friendly and open environment. Fully remote work. You can learn a colossal amount related to climate change and environmental assessment. There are plenty of opportunities to work within the charity, and they collaborate with other organizations on different initiatives.

Cons

More corporate than a charity. The workload can be high. The pay is based on your circumstances, and I can't say it's fair. There is a high employee attrition due to various reasons.
