Pros

CDP is an incredible place to learn and grow, with wonderful colleagues. The work itself is both interesting and challenging. Management is very responsive. While salaries are non-profit level and may start low, they do try to give raises as much as they can. Vacation policy is great.

Cons

It is at the center of the ESG ecosystem, which is fast-moving, fast-evolving, and with some ambiguity. There are growing pains. Growth opportunities need to be advocated for.
