Good mission. New headquarters. Good holiday allowance. Pay is competitive for the sector. Genuine ambitions to improve.
Cons
Some terrible people managers at the level below the board, people in charge of teams and departments who have no direct prior experience or who were moved on rapidly from previous organisations... Absence of any structured L&D and career development opportunities. Organisation has restructured and downsized twice in two years. Absolute rock bottom morale across multiple teams. Repeated pattern of the more capable team members leaving. Chaotic working environment. All this leads to a toxic working environment.
