      Pros

      Young professionals can gain a significant amount of exposure and experience in a very fast growing, and in-demand field. Due to its small size you get opportunities to develop much faster than you would at a larger company. The staff are supportive and the office environment is relaxed.

      Cons

      As an NGO there are resource constraints and you do find yourself having to make do with less in some circumstances.

      Pros

      Great people who are passionate, determined, and extremely intelligent. Flexible working hours. 24 days of paid vacation plus 5 paid sick days and 10 paid holidays off. Great benefits (health, dental, non-contributory 401k, etc). Management who care about the well being of their staff. The office is a lot of fun as well. If you're someone who likes to work independently and make their own way, it's an ideal place to work.

      Cons

      The current structure crosses over with the UK office, so sometimes it can be confusing, but management is well aware of it and working over the upcoming year to make positive changes to the infrastructure model.
