To give you the low down on this company.. it started off as EagleUSA and was formerly owned by Jim Crane who owns the Houston Astros and Crane Logistics which competes with CEVA. Since then... company has been sold and bought through Apollo Group and now CMA CGM. Ever since it left Jim's hands it has not been profitable. Or if it has been profitable, it does not reflect that towards it's employees. They do not really care about the employees.
So if you've ever worked for this company for a while, you would know that if you are not an executive... if you are not a director or manager... you will not be compensated very well. no bonuses (i was told that there were bonuses during EagleUSA days) and no incentive to continue working or further build a career there. They give annual "merit increases" which range from 5 cents to 50 cents and nothing more. And that's IF they feel like giving it that year.
In the LA market, the pay is so uneven and well below market value for most positions. Plenty of hourly and salary staff have left just in 2021. They up your work but do not up your pay. If you let them view an offer you received from another company to see if they would match the pay... they won't match it and will let you leave the company over a few dollars. There's so much turnover that it won't be the same company in 6 months, let alone 6 years.
Read all the negative reviews... management is horrible no matter what account, no matter what department. Don't waste your time applying here and find a company that actually cares about their employees.
