      NONE, terrible benefits, unethical management probally lots hidden embezzlement from Magement that have been there over 20 years

      Cons

      No check and balance. They don't pay their vendors. Expect you to use your personal credit card to pay vendors when services are suspended and promise to pay you back later. Felt like I was hired to be the scapegoat of all their past mistakes.

      Average package & staff benefits Cozy new office at Solaris @Kallang Way

      Cons

      Bosses tend to micro management and they have no trust in staffs at all. They offer 3-days WFH but force everyone to show up in office on Monday & Friday - what an old fashioned and disgusting approach. HR request staffs to tap in/out, monitor attendence, and issue written warnings as to force people resign.

      PTO was the only decent thing about that place.

      Cons

      Management is currently a mess at ceva. They do not appreciate their employees and dont care about how people are treated. It doesnt matter how long you've been with the company, you're treated like a rat on the street. Save yourself a headache and stay away from this place.
