Pros
the size of the company and ability to cover all supply chain needs.
Cons
too many platforms, internal platforms don't match external platforms, poor IT resources and communications with foreign customer service! inability to get a hold of managers, no communications from Operations, very little sales support. revolving door in Sales and Customer Service, No CRM accountability or paper trails for follow up, on prior accounts, non sales employees not invested in onboarding new customers, company rumors of being sold, CEO is more concerned about his cigars more than his employees. The investment firm that owns Ceva cares more about revenue than employees and it shows. Everybody is in a bad mood and the list just goes on.....
