      Pros

      the size of the company and ability to cover all supply chain needs.

      Cons

      too many platforms, internal platforms don't match external platforms, poor IT resources and communications with foreign customer service! inability to get a hold of managers, no communications from Operations, very little sales support. revolving door in Sales and Customer Service, No CRM accountability or paper trails for follow up, on prior accounts, non sales employees not invested in onboarding new customers, company rumors of being sold, CEO is more concerned about his cigars more than his employees. The investment firm that owns Ceva cares more about revenue than employees and it shows. Everybody is in a bad mood and the list just goes on.....

      Great company to work for.I like how you get paid every week. Company have excellent benefit package for single or family.

      Cons

      Weather conditions have to be dress during cold seasons, rainy seasons and extremely hot seasons. Overall great company to work for.

      Good place to gain experience in the industry across a variety of services for a kind range of customers.

      Cons

      CEVA still hasn't figured how to gain any synergy from the TNT and Eagle merger. Their technology, systems and management structure still lag behind competitors. It's a constant game to figure out what complex shady financial deal Apollo is working behind the scenes to know if you have a job at the end of the month.
