      Pros

      Partial at home work due to COVID. Weekly pay check. People who can last through the hazing stage will move on to better positions.

      Cons

      Zero training. You're told what to do after you or the team have made a mistake. Bullying work environment along with lots of good old fashioned, blatant favoritism, especially if you're in the same "class" as your manager. Literally 1 token person of color in the entire department. Managers are absent & could care less about employees. Zero breaks & you're expected to work through lunch only to be asked at the last minute to do overnight.

      Pros

      Decent training courses but nothing else really, you get treated like a piece of dirt unless your face fits.

      Cons

      Expects for you to drop absolutely everything for work, even your own family. It may just have been my manager, but I can say for sure she was very poor to work for. Yes, for not with. Dictator comes to mind & she only looked after her favourites, not actually who could take the company forward.

      I can't really say anything good about this place.

      There is a real culture of bullying and favouritism that goes on at CEVA's Brisbane depot and it comes from the top. In disputes, management will always take the word of a permanent over the word of a casual. Nasty spiteful employees who constantly plot and connive and threaten to have casuals sacked. Vehicles that pass through the depot are treated like toys, with drivers and yard hands thrashing them without regard for the engine or the owner.
