Onboarding was chaotic from the first day, with a high volume of emails and expectations before receiving proper training * Training was inconsistent and at times not aligned with the actual role, leading to confusion rather than clarity. Even the trainer got confused and said sorry for the confusion New hires were expected to handle tasks before being adequately trained There was a clear lack of structured guidance, and requests for support were often not effectively addressed The supervisor was not experienced and at the level expected in a professional environment, which made it difficult to communicate and receive appropriate feedback Meetings frequently extended beyond standard working hours, often past 5 PM, despite significant commuting challenge. The overall lack of structure, communication, and support created a highly stressful and overwhelming experience, especially for someone new to the company.
