Pros

There are none , literally at least out of NY location. Management is incompetent and unable to assist with the smallest task. You are not given any form of training and good luck getting any assistance learning here. The best you can hope for is to have a manager who tells you they are going to the warehouse , meanwhile they are running through the parking lot to get into their car and leave the facility for 4-6 more hours before they return to leave for the day. Specific staff has been with the company longer than 10 years and were promoted strictly because there were no other employees left to promote. They will hire externally so they can pay less they let go of a minimum of 12 people annually for " outsourcing".

Cons

Negativity in the office, no training, no management, no structure. Unable to locate things that literally just came into the building. Non responsive help desk , non-responsive HR department. CEO resigned along with a lot of other upper management. NO RAISES AND NO COST OF LIVING INCREASES ! Bad air quality in the office , disgusting working environment ( old food in cabinets from 2-3 years ago). If you have any good ideas for change expect a verbal or written warning for being negative about the company. You will find out more externally about the company/ layoffs before you hear it from Ceva themselves. I could truly go on for days but they are not worth it ! I worked for them for over 3 years and to be honest even when you resign they do not allow you to complete your time and don’t expect to ever get correctly compensated for the work that you did. Been gone for months now and I am going through NY labor board to get what was due to me months ago. They are not customer driven or employee driven mainly management driving it into the ground.

Plenty of opportunities as long as you manage your personal development

Pros

Multi national organization with a pretty flat structure. From a BU central office, the rest of the world is pretty nearby. It is not too difficult to make a switch between various roles and departments in the company, i.e. between business development and operations, financial control, implementations and operational excellence. Just as long as you manage your career, know what you want and actively make yourself visible and known.

Cons

Opportunities come either by surprise or you have to create them yourself. There's no career planning set out. Corporate can be stubborn for the sake of standardization, comply, convince or get out. Strategy downdrill to departmental and personal goals is not very mature, leading to diverse and disconnected strategies and activities.
