      Honestly there are no pros at ceva logistics . And it's very sad. Not one good thing. Bad bad

      Cons

      So many . Management is rude , they don't work with your hours . Mandatory overtime goes on for months up to 7 days a week. Horrible place . You won't be able to grow at this business.

      Pros

      I have worked with colleagues who have shown a lot of passion in their work which is refreshing. This is very inspiring and great place for learning.

      Cons

      As like many large companies it can be a bit slow moving in terms of decision making. Not a total disaster in the bigger scheme of things.

      Pros

      Started out to be a great company to work for. Good pay and great people to work with. Good company culture.

      Cons

      Worked you like dogs and treated you badly. Huge turnover of management staff. Numerous DC managers. The good manager and supervisors either left or were fired and they would promote people who were friends of a certain manager who shouldn't have been in that position. The MS rep was a control freak and everyone was afraid of him. He ran the business and treated everyone very badly. He is a dictator.
