Pros
I got to pick my own work shift. Manager made good barbecues on site.
Cons
Sexual harrassment, accused of not doing jobs that were done in hours after assigned, lousy immature workers and mgmt. All males, most waiting to create rumors out of nothing. Invaded my personal life without my knowlege. Manager never around but made corporate believe he was by tampering with records. Other manager was alcoholic and always angry. Company used point system for attendance, like prison or military training. Corporate offers little benefits, and if ur good, you get to keep ur low paying job and pretend your proud. Pay is really not livable. I was paid half my worth and experience.
