The domestic network is a true differentiator that should provide a competitive advantage against other forwards. The logistics facilities are top notch
Cons
The support staff is limited, at best. Ceva In has shed over 15,000 employees over the last 4 years. In 2014 there was a huge exit of key personnel in the Americas. There's so many changes in management and direction that creates huge disorganization. Like I mentioned, the domestic network has so much potential but is poorly ran and has a premium against LTL carriers so customers tend to leave. People are over worked with no pride in the work that's being performed. Also, the company is in riddled with billions in debt.
