      Why doesn't it feel like a Union shop?

      Pros

      Extremely laid back employee owned feel to the job. Perfect for someone who works with their hands and if you need help everyone is willing to lend you a hand with anything and everything.

      Cons

      No management. No manager to dictate what the dispatchers are supposed to do so it's up to the Driver Lead to govern the responsibilities. Gets crazy at times. It's union which is great but there is no chapter for the union in state so it feels like you don't matter.

      Dairly.new.leased.equipment from Penske truck rental so you usually don't have to worry about breakdowns or faulty equipment.

      Cons

      Unorganized, underpaid, mgmt on the northeast USA region are hands off the operation and puts blame on the little guy when things fall apart If your an unexperienced driver as in under 2 years driving experience then they want you bad. You see they need new fresh meat they can use to their advantage before you can understand what just hit you. . Stay away from this company. .even if your selected site has a union..
