Business Outlook
Pros
Station manager was very approachable and willing to help in any way he could. Supervisor lead by example and didn't just delegate all his work to other employees. Good friendly atmosphere.
Cons
Pay is not the best and the increases are small. Sometimes management is too friendly and don't hold the employees accountable for there repeated mistakes. This in turn leads to a bigger workload for the others trying to clean up the mess time after time. Sometimes it can be hard to get off the days you would like due to limited staffing.
