      Pros

      Some long time customers who are great.

      Cons

      Pay is not good at all, most of the management and people are unprofessional. Health insurance goes up every year. No sick pay; everything is lumped under PTO. Can't keep employees which makes work loads larger for others.

      Amiable work environment amongst colleagues, strong mutual respect between all layers of the organisation, a strong heritage from the TNT era

      Cons

      Company has been lacking clear direction from senior management in recent years, a situation that is now gradually improving with a number of new positions appointed in the Board.

      Pros

      Moving up through the company was very easy, however, pay seems to be below market wages. I received 3 promotions in 1 year and each time was unimpressed with the offers, especially when comparing them to other companies doing the same job.

      Cons

      Pay seems to be slightly under market. They hire you for a position and then add on more and more responsibility, without compensation. Everything seems like a secret between management.
