Business Outlook
Pros
The crew at the IND station are awesome, and have a great culture within the facility. Operations team is really knowledgeable, and has been a great learning experience for me while I worked my way through college.
Cons
There are too many levels of management in the organization, terrible IS, idiotic LEAN guidelines, management likes to micro manage, organization relies on select "Century" accounts instead of growing business, limited work hours, unknowledgeable account managers, and do not expect a bump in pay... Ever. I would not suggest this company to anyone
