      CEVA is a very large company where I felt like a number.

      Pros

      Great employees and co-workers. There are opportunities to move within the company as long as you are able to re-locate.

      Cons

      The company lacks direction and does not follow through with initiatives. North America has re-organized so many times that regions don't respect their leaders.

      Pros

      Historically the business has been a people and service driven organisation, that has understood the balance between service and cost. It fostered the belief that people were the key to its ongoing success.

      Cons

      Recent times have seen the business strive to reach a point where the venture capital owners of the business can divest. This has driven the senior management to achieve a number. That has in turn led to a lack of capital investment, which is now being compounded bay a lack of investment in our people.

      Good friendly people. Hard working and helpful management.

      Strange rules regarding what you may have on your desk along with what is in the desk drawers, i.e. any personal items such as extra pens, pads of paper, lunch.
