      - Good brand to include into your CV - Wide geographic presence (exposure)

      Cons

      - Company runs like an investment/finance firm - High frequency of organizational/structural changes (lacks stability) - Career progression does not take enough consideration to one's performance outcomes (far too much politics and likes/dislikes)

      Kaizen & lean policies put above customer

      Pros

      Co-workers on your level and account managers are great.

      Cons

      Conflicting advice from senior management, and most did not understand the process. Senior managers were more interested in promoting "Lean" than servicing the customer. Management was more concerned with the organization and cleanliness of my desk than expediting customer shipments, which made the job more stressful than it already was.

      Drive to go public makes it feel like executive management's decisions are short-sighted, corporate reaction to a rough market is layoffs, no plan to improve operations or develop personnel is ever long-lived, chronically understaffed and often under-trained
