      Pros

      Decent tools, good staff locally, good people to work with. If the global economy picks up, CEVA business should boom with the many new customers and contracts coming online.

      Cons

      Owned by a PE company that is squeezing it's employees for every nickel. Departments not adequately staffed. People moving on not replaced or not replaced quickly. Everyone overloaded to the extent that there is only time to do the absolutely necessary and no time to improve processes. Outsourcing to India has neither saved $ nor improved processes. Too much time spent correcting their mistakes.

      Company is friendly. Good to gain experience & knowledge.

      Cons

      Hard to promote if ever. Minimal / subpar managment. No pay raise!!!! Etreme weather work conditions. No/poor benifits!
