      Pros

      CEVA is a big company and you get the chance to work with people all over the world.

      Cons

      Senior management was only concerned about the bottom dollar. They treated long time employees with no respect. Company is not based in Canada, and it shows. Processes were all dictated by head office with apparent little concern on how useful they actually would be. All stations operated too leanly - management was not willing to spend the money on more people. Morale was very low.

      Professional, focused, and energetic. If you're looking for a company that emphasizes and acknowledges excellence and effort, this is a good option for you. CEVA is world-wide and has a global mind-set. Always looking to improve everything from customer experience to monitoring progress.

      Cons

      It's a very corporate setting; everything is standardized so if you're the creative type, this might not be such a great fit. Communication between stations and even between departments, although usually friendly and professional, sometimes fails to be effective in getting the job completed but succeeds in frustrating those involved. This communication con is present in all business to some degree, however, and that should be taken into account.
