Business Outlook
Pros
Big company, looked upon highly from the outside. Service touches all lines of supply chain business from logistics to international to domestics freight forwarding.
Cons
Ceva is more concerned with maintaining a low bottom line/ overhead cost than it is with maintaining or winning new accounts. Salaried employees get over-worked, don't receive compensation and eventually leave. The accounts being handled don't receive the support needed to function as a result and the service failures eventually cause the customer to look elsewhere. If you know someone high on the food chain, you're in good...if you don't then expect a stagnant employment.
