1. Double Standard between appears in many items; EGL & TNT, Head Office & Operation Units,
2. Top Management didn't care and concern on shop floor, operation units living and environment, employee welfare
3. Training & Development programs only exist @ H/O
4. Less activities to unify and harmonize employee; have many group of politics in Operation Units
5. Unclear sytems and regulation in many items that make employees suffocate and unsatisfy
6. Site Management, GM not strong & capable in practice and understand the conceptual, just celver for adhoc issue but not for long run. Sometime so tricky that make unstable and unstatic in system
