      Pros

      Good teamwork among co-workers, IT is pretty competent and is the strength of the company (that is before they started outsourcing it), pay and benefits are decent, overall good employee-to-manager relations.

      Cons

      Since new regime has taken over, alot of reorganization has taken place. Meaning job losses, poor transition, degraded quality of service for customers, etc...The state of CEVA is probably worse than it had been prior to the merger so now would not be an ideal time to work for the company. Unpaid bonuses, rare to no merit increase or 401k match.

      Pros

      CEVA is an industry leader with a good benefits package. The tendency is to promote from within. Once you have your foot in the door your potential to move up is only limited by your own work habits.

      Cons

      CEVA is a corporate environment. If you prefer a small office, then CEVA Logistics is not the place for you.
