      - Great lateral career opportunities (cross into other departments) - High ceiling of career potential - Global company = job opportunities virtually everywhere - 401k and benefits are decent

      Cons

      - Lack of onboarding process - Low(er) pay than competitors - Corporate red tape - Heavy involvement from parent company (CMA CGM) - 3 weeks of vacation is not truly vacation since it incorporates your sick days as well

      Strong in Contract Logistics. Core business and some staff roles are on professional level

      Cons

      Poor Managers, lack of vision and leadership skills. Dominant top down behavior and treating experts as no knows. Extreme disbalance between private and work. No proper rewarding and facilitation.
